By Car

From Oban, head south on the A816 for approximately 7 miles. Turn right onto the B844 following signs for “Seil Island” and “Atlantic Bridge”. Cross the famous Bridge Over the Atlantic and continue through Clachan. Follow signs for Ellenabeich/Easdale. Park in the public car park at Ellenabeich (free parking).Journey time from Oban: Approximately 20 minutes

What are your opening hours?

Our office is open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. We’re closed on Sundays except during peak season (May-September) when we may have extended hours. Tours operate daily subject to weather and bookings.

How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?

We aim to respond within 2-4 hours during business hours (Mon-Sat, 10am-6pm). Outside these hours or on Sundays, we’ll get back to you within 24 hours. During peak season, response times may extend to 48 hours.

Can I book a tour by phone?

Absolutely! Call us on 01852 300003 and we’ll be happy to take your booking over the phone. We can answer questions, check availability, and process payment securely. You can also book online through our website for instant confirmation.

Do you accept walk-ins on the day?

While we sometimes have availability for same-day bookings, we strongly recommend booking in advance, especially during peak season (May-September). Contact us by phone on the morning of your preferred date to check availability.

What if I need to change or cancel my booking?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. Our cancellation policy is outlined in your booking confirmation. Generally, we offer full refunds for cancellations made 48+ hours in advance. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

How will I know if my tour is cancelled due to weather?

We’ll contact you directly by phone and email if we need to cancel or reschedule due to weather. We make this decision based on safety, typically the evening before or morning of your tour.

Can you accommodate special requirements or accessibility needs?

Yes, we’re committed to making our tours as accessible as possible. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs. We can often accommodate wheelchair users, those with mobility challenges, and other requirements with advance notice.

Where exactly do tours depart from?

All tours depart from Ellenabeich Harbour on Seil. When you reach Ellenabeich, park in the public car park (free), then head to the Village Shop. Full directions are available on our Plan Your Visit page.

Can I purchase gift vouchers by phone or in person?

Yes! While you can purchase gift vouchers online 24/7, you’re also welcome to call us or visit in person. We can arrange physical vouchers to be posted out or collect in person.
